KAWASAKI NINJA

NINJA
The lightweight baby Ninja has Supersport styling, rider-friendly engine, real world performance and an amiable chassis. Perfect recipe for a fun motorcycle which can be used daily, doesn’t burn a large hole in the pocket (comparatively speaking) and yet has enough power to put every motorcycle in India (barring Yamaha R1 and MT01) to shame.
With an expected price tag of 2-3 lakh rupees, it might just have been the performance motorcycle Indian motorcycling enthusiasts were yearning for. And it would have been perfectly positioned between the gap that exists between Indian made motorcycles and imports (1.10L – 11L).

CBR 250-HONDA

CBR 250
Finally Honda has revealed what plans it has specifically for the Asian market. IMB has been keeping a close track on the developments around a 250cc from Honda. The company will launch the Honda CBR250R (we’ll break it down as the CBR 250)in the first half of 2011. The bike will be locally manufactured and it is understood that the pricing will be aggressive.

However the Thai motorcyclists will be the first one to lay their hands on the 250cc bike and in around April next year, Indian bikes will get their chance.
The CBR 250 is equipped with a liquid-cooled 250cc 4-stroke 4-valve single-cylinder DOHC engine. Installed with some very useful features like Combined Brake System (CBS, a front- and rear-wheel interlocking braking system) and an Anti-lock Brake System which ensure the safety of the bikers on wet roads and emergency situations.

HONDA CBR

CBR-Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has launched the CBR 150 R in the Indian market weeks ago, after unveiling this motorcycle at the 2012 Indian Auto Expo. The CBR150R is already being sold in many South East Asian markets and India is the latest market for this 150cc sports motorcycle from Honda. Now that the motorcycle is available in the country with Honda dealers across India accepting bookings for this motorcycle, the big question remains whether the CBR150R is good value-for-money or whether it is overpriced. For starters, the 2012 Honda CBR150R definitely seems priced optimistically............
